Dress Advance – If you are interested in a particular gown not seen on our website or in our salon, it may be possible for us to get the gown for you. We will attempt to obtain the gown for you to view and try on before you are obligated to purchase it. There is a one-time fee for this. This fee will be credited toward the sale should you decide to purchase the gown. However, if you do not wish to purchase the gown, your one-time fee will be forfeited.
Orders – All deposits must be received before a bridal gown order can be placed. For bridesmaid orders, deposits must be received from all bridesmaids before the order can be placed.
Deposits – A minimum deposit of 60% is required on all merchandise; balances are due at time of pickup or before any alterations begin.Items not being paid for in full at the time of purchase will incur a $25 financing fee. Payments are non-refundable if order is cancelled. Deposits may not be transferred or credited. There is a $35 return check fee.
Dress Sizing– We will provide the manufacturer’s size chart to help you determine what size to order for your dress. Determining the size you would like to order is solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend you have your measurements professionally taken. There is an additional charge for size 16+ and for extra length.
Tuxedo Sizing- We strongly recommend you have your measurements taken professionally. Tuxedos arrive into Swoon the week of wedding. Tuxedos need to be tried on at least 3 days in advance to allow time for any replacement pieces. Each tuxedo is due back to Swoon the Tuesday following the event. Tuxedo will incur a $40 a daylate fee if not returned. Any late fees that are not paid upon return will be charged to the credit card on file. Please refer to sidebar for our current business hours.
Payment – We accept Visa and Mastercard, cash or check. All merchandise will be shipped to our salon unless otherwise specified at time of order. Shipping charges will apply for orders sent directly to your home. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or transfers of deposits.
Alterations – We provide alterations as a service to all of our customers. We suggest you start your bridal alterations 8 weeks prior to your wedding or pick-up date. Bridal fitting appointments take place on Tuesdays (Pure Bliss) from 12-7 and Thursdays (Swoon) from 12-7 only. Maids, Mothers, Prom and Flower girl appointments will also take place on Tuesdays (Pure Bliss) and Thursdays (Swoon). In order to keep our alterations fees at a reasonable rate, CASH only will be accepted for alterations. No credit cards or checks. Alteration fees must be paid in full at the second fitting.
Photography – We do not allow photography in our salon. We will be happy to send you photos of your gown via the designer’s website.
